What does the €3,000 package include?
The Advanced Team package is a complete hair transplant package, priced by the treatment you need rather than by a set number of grafts. A standard one-day procedure starts from €3,000, and a case that needs two surgical days is €6,000. The number of grafts is decided by your individual medical assessment. The package includes your consultation and final assessment in Athens, your FUE hair transplant performed by doctors trained by Dr Vekris, airport pick-up and departure transfers, your post-operative review and first wash at no extra cost, hotel recommendations close to the clinic and support in English, French and German.
How long do I need to stay in Athens?
Plan for three to four days. You arrive and have your consultation on day one, your procedure on day two, and your post-operative review and first wash on day three. You can normally fly home on day three or four. Your exact schedule depends on your treatment plan.
Can I have a consultation before I travel?
Yes. Every international patient starts with an online consultation. You send photos of your hair, speak to a doctor by video and receive a personal plan and starting price before booking anything. Your final price is confirmed after your assessment in Athens.
Who will actually perform my hair transplant?
Only doctors perform hair transplants at Advanced Hair Clinics. In the Advanced Team package, your procedure is performed by our doctors, trained by Dr Vekris. If you choose the Vekris Signature upgrade, Dr Vekris performs it himself.
How does the cost compare with Turkey?
Some clinics in Turkey advertise lower headline prices. Our complete package starts from €3,000, with every step performed by doctors under EU medical standards and what is included set out before you travel. Whichever clinic you consider, ask who will perform your procedure.
Is it painful, and when can I fly home?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and most patients only feel a slight pulling in the donor area for a day or two. You can normally fly home on day three or four, after your post-operative review and following your doctor’s advice.
When will I see my result?
Some transplanted hairs shed in the first weeks, which is normal. New growth starts around the third month, around 70 to 80% of the result shows by four to six months, and the full result by twelve months.
What happens if I have a question after I get home?
Our team supports you before, during and after your visit, in English, French and German, by phone, email and WhatsApp. If you are near one of our clinics in Greece or Cyprus, you can also visit in person.
Where will I stay?
We recommend partner hotels close to the clinic, many of them within walking distance, and can suggest one that suits your plans.
Can I travel alone?
Yes. You do not need a companion for the procedure or your recovery, and our team is on hand throughout your stay.
